Despite the attractive design, these albums have a serious disadvantage. The clear plastic covering each side is quite glossy and quite wavy, like after a bad job of shrink-wrapping, so some photos are obscured by wavy reflections. Tilting the album to minimize reflections helps to a certain extent, but it's annoying and doesn't completely solve the problem. The level of waviness varies from sample to sample, but is present in all (I have four of these and am looking for an alternative). The ripple appears to be less severe in the smaller 200-photo version, which shows four photos at a time, compared to six at a time, which this 300-photo version shows. My theory is that it's harder for the manufacturer to get the plastic to stretch evenly on higher 6-sides. I have two 4-up versions and I recommend anyone interested in this album to consider the smaller version. Most likely you can see your photos in this size.
