I tint windows for my living and I have to say this kit is a bit of a let down. First, make sure you have someone who can help if you've never worked with vinyl before. The wizard will make this process 100 times easier. Second, grab a small bottle of "application liquid" and toss it in the trash when you arrive, then grab a spray bottle and fill it with water and a little over half an ounce of shampoo, preferably baby shampoo if available. Remove washer nozzles. Spray generously onto the hood after thorough cleaning. Then have your assistant spray liberally onto the back of the vinyl as you peel it away from the paper. Make sure it drips water before applying it to the hood. Have your helper take one side and you take the other and place it on the hood. This should ensure you can position it where you want. Then spray on top of the vinyl so the squeegee slides easily over it instead of catching on it and tearing the vinyl. Finally, start at the top center and work your way down and out, squeezing out the soapy water from under the vinyl. The vinyl still peels off very easily, so be careful around the edges so you don't accidentally peel and crease it. If you accidentally stretched one of the top corners, either by tearing it off or by popping it up, don't panic. After you're done with everything else, grab your lighter and very quickly, gently, and gently heat the corner to shrink it. Once it's where you want it, either park it in the sun or start the engine and let it warm up. This will help dry out the water under the vinyl. Once you feel it's dry enough (20-30 minutes idle to dry), use the included razor to cut holes for the washer nozzle. I hope these instructions help as the instructions that come with them are very vague and the liquid they come with just sucks.
