I ordered the Kathy shoes a few years ago and I was extremely pleased with the quality and comfort of the shoe. My shoes currently wore out so I went back to therafit Ebay to order another pair of the Kathy, the shoes were delivered to the wrong address as I never got them. I contacted therafit and they said they would send out another pair. Instead of sending me the Kathy shoe which was a fantastic shoe they sent me the Renee. The Renee shoe is the same price as the Kathy but was nowhere near the quality of the Kathy shoe. It is loose and uncomfortable and the soul is already coming off. Another issue the top eyelet for your shoelace where you tie your shoe is already ripped through. I have only worn these shoes about 2 weeks and I am not hard on them at all. I wear them for work and most of the time I am in an office atmosphere. I am extremely unhappy with these shoes. I paid $130 for for them to fall apart within weeks. At one point I would definitely recommend these shoes and buy them over and over if I could receive my Kathy shoes which I ordered. They sent me a different shoe I am extremely unhappy with and out $130 and they only lasted a couple weeks. I will no longer be buying shoes from this company.
