Space saving claim is wrong. This is a good product if you want extra hanging space in your closet, want easy access and just want to look hanging. The product is durable, easy to assemble and flexible because you can hang it both horizontally and vertically. However, this does NOT save space. Example: I have included photos of my 5 boots before and after storage and the approximate dimensions of the total room in inches. I keep my boots (and most of my shoes) in the box they came in. You can see in the attached photos that the boxes are stacked on my closed shelf. It measures 28 feet x 21 1/2 inches wide x 13 inches deep (about 7826 cubic inches). , this device is not suitable for over-the-knee boots because they are too high. The boots used are a women's standard width size 8.5 or 9. The last picture shows how I store my boots when the box is not available and this is using "Pool Noodles", cut to shape. Pool Noodles are cheap after summer easy to cut with a serrated knife and great for keeping boots in shape obviously your use and needs may vary and this may work well for you so I don't advise you to to buy it. Just don't expect space savings.
