Review on New Balance Women's Gunmetal Cushioning Running Shoes - Athletic Performance at its finest! by Robert Lewis

I am very disappointed with this purchase and New Balance in general. Our whole family has been wearing NB shoes for many years. They have always been our favorite brand and combine good looks, comfort and durability. But this will be the third pair of NB sneakers in the last 8 weeks that I will be returning due to poor fit and cheap materials. They used to offer some models that were made in the US, but now they all seem to be made in China or from imported materials in the US, which isn't much better. First of all, the shoes are not long enough from toe to heel. Comparing them to my old NB sneakers (various styles) I can see where they are almost an inch shorter. Also, they are too narrow to be considered wide, my foot doesn't even slide halfway into the shoe. Third, they are flat from top to bottom after removing the removable inserts. Needless to say I will be returning them and will have to look for another popular brand as the quality of New Balance shoes is no longer the same. If anyone can recommend another well-known running shoe brand that offers distance, comfort, and style, please share. We haven't ordered anything other than NB for so long I don't even know where to start. Thanks in advance.
