Ideal solution for adding a 5 channel amplifier (if compatible) to the factory head unit's high level inputs, rather than using a line out converter to a bundle of RCA cables add low level. I cut the bundle in half and soldered two sets of 9-wire speaker wire; first from the head unit output to the high input of the amplifier and then from the speaker output of the amplifier back to the factory speaker harness which was disconnected. This worked well with my Toyota Tacoma 2021's stock audio upgrade. It only took 10 feet and passed through the center console under the driver's seat.
