I use these buffing pads with my Dremel 4000. They are great for smoothing out a rough sanded area. Descent. You can also use a polishing paste to give your work a nice shine. Conical polishing discs are ideal for use in "hard-to-reach places". Very satisfied with the product and also the cheap price.
