The mount is great but it was a nightmare to hold onto anything. I don't trust it. I made a double sticky pad as suggested in the instructions and left it for a day. Used once and it worked. The next day I went out and saw the mountain falling down. Adhesive pads didn't work. Since then I've tried installing it on my other helmet and it didn't work there either. It's just too hard.
