These bands are very well made with strong stitching and durable materials. The strap and ankle/wrist straps are covered with soft neoprene material to avoid chafing against the skin during use. So far it seems very convenient to use. The combination of bands offered a lot of resistance for the exercises I've tried so far. I look forward to using them as a supplement to our home gym to lighten up our strength training sessions and taking them with me when I travel. I love that band covers take away the fear of calling off the band. It may seem like a small thing, but it is of great importance.
