Review on Keytas by Brian Stepp

Let me tell you, my recent experience ordering from Keytas' web store was a nightmare. Their website is clumsy and challenging to use, which is a major warning sign in today's world. But that was only the start. One of the accessories I ordered was absent when my order eventually showed up. I was unable to get through to customer service when I attempted to call. Both my emails and phone conversations went unanswered. It appeared as though they had vanished off the face of the planet. I eventually got a response after waiting for weeks and making numerous attempts to contact someone. They stated that they had given me a refund because the missing accessory was out of order. But there was no indication of a refund when I looked at my bank account. Even worse, when I did receive the remainder of my purchase, the accessories were of poor quality and disintegrated quickly. My money felt like it was being thrown into a dark hole. My overall interaction with Keytas was a big letdown. It's simply not worth the hassle to place a purchase from their online store, so I would advise anyone against doing so. Save yourself the trouble and stick with a business that has a superior track record.
