I don't care how educated you are, this pepper mill was so hard to open and fill (mentally AND physically). And I usually support my husband! There were a few things that were very illogical to understand. Much luck! But once you figure it out, you'll be so proud of yourself! Then you can watch other people wrestle with the mechanical genius that this contraption is! I like the flashlight that lights up so you can see where the pepper is going. But the thing looks a bit small. It's kind of a trick. I usually use the pepper mill as a topic of conversation - trust me, we all have something to say about this complicated, tricky, dodgy pepper mill.
