The integration with our ERP system is excellent - very easy! It's also great that they provide updates in real time so we don't have any surprises when things go wrong or change after implementation (which happens all too often). We've been using it since 2008 without problems but I can see how some new features could be useful now. They do offer free 1-2 hour consultations if you want someone from their team coming out specifically just because your organization uses them would help get an idea about what works best for us given where/how we use ECM software at work. Keeping track of documents within specific projects & tasks has become much easier thanks to this tool.- ability quickly locate files stored across multiple systems / locations which makes collaboration between teams faster than before -- saves tons of man hours searching through storage area folders looking for something related to project xyz etc.
