I found this camera worked out of the box with Webex/Zoom on my MacBook Pro without any additional software. I think just change the camera selection in Webex/Zoom to USB2. We use it in the lab to remotely monitor status indicators on devices. It has a narrow field of view and manual focus, which is what we wanted. (More expensive webcams have a larger field of view and autofocus.) I received the image with an aspect ratio of 16/9 instead of the 4/3 aspect ratio shown in the product ad, similar to 720p, even though the camera resolution is listed as 480p.
