I bought two packages. Each came with three different size balloons, dots of glue and a garland strip to attach the balloons. I used an electric cylinder pump, otherwise it would not have been possible. I couldn't inflate smaller balloons with an electric pump either. My sister said these little ones need a hand pump? It would be nice to know that beforehand. Anyway, I used the other two sizes and just inflated them in different sizes to add depth. Although I bought two packs I only needed one garland strip as it was so long. The picture shows about two packs of balloons without the small ones. I added bronze colored balloons. I highly recommend this set, it's very easy for a beginner.
