Is it really good for my hair?

I don't know if this product is really useful. Doesn't smell very good (like a spoiled orange). I think putting something on my hair and pretending I care is productive, but I really don't see any difference before or after using this product. It doesn't seem very hydrated or healthy, but it doesn't hurt either. I bought 12 packs so maybe at the end I can tell if it helps or not. So far I don't see much change.
