I don't know if the product as a whole isn't working or if I got a bad/old batch but it didn't fit. GENERAL. It had to be pricked out of the glass with a knife and then softened neither by heating nor by kneading. It just scattered everywhere. I ended up throwing some in a mug of boiling water just to see what would happen. After 5 minutes it took on the consistency of a fragile piece of old chewing gum stuck under the table. Coarse It was returned. Save your money and get Ben Nye Nose & Scar Wax.
