Bought a twin pack. The first one hung up with no problems. Very light but a bit heavy. Second, the threaded component that fits into the socket came loose and the light assembly was hanging off the electrical wiring. I had to cut the wire and try to twist the end out of the socket but because the metal material is so thin it all came out. So I'm unlucky. A few days later I was asked for feedback via Revain. I responded by telling them what happened and telling them in all honesty that I cannot recommend this product based on my experience. They responded immediately saying how sorry they were that I had such a disappointing experience and asked for my information so they could replace or give a full refund. I gave them my details and 3 says I later received a double pack of replacements. To be honest I am very impressed with how quickly they resolved the issue and how caring they were! I haven't hung up the new light yet but just wanted to let everyone know that these guys really stand behind their products and customer service, not just words, and they mean business!
