Review on Z Ink Remanufactured Replacement 802XL by Samuel Naidu

I just updated my Epson wf-4734 to 30.76.CM27KB and the printer stopped recognizing the ink. I've done what EZink suggested and removed/replaced ink cartridges multiple times to no avail. still get the message The ink cartridges worked perfectly before the update. I don't blame EZink, I blame EPSON! Now I'm trying to find a way to downgrade the firmware version. ***UPDATE*** Response from Epson (I will never buy Epson again) Epson updates the firmware to make the printer work properly and the printer is designed to only work with original Epson branded cartridges, not compatible, and itself if they are described as compatible, they may not work properly. Please replace all non-Epson cartridges with genuine Epson cartridges. "Their 'real' ink cartridges are overpriced. Damn Epson.
