I like that the customer service is very helpful. I like that they are able to customize to meet our needs. I don't like that they sometimes don't give you the option to change things. I would recommend Unite US Networks. They have been able to customize to meet our needs. They have been able to help us with finding the right platform. I would say they are a great company. I would recommend them to others. We needed a platform that we could use to communicate with our customers and have them communicate with us.
