For $150. It's worth it. No instructions are provided, but if you've ever built a tent you'll be fine. The pillars should cross in the middle and boom, done! The only problems I've found are those four little poles, I have no idea where they go! But it doesn't seem to affect the stability of the tent so I just put them away until I know where they go. You can definitely use this as a camping storage tent or as a temporary solution for a balcony or apartment. Very spacious interior and full height at the top of the tent.
