Got this to keep all my work stuff nice and organized and it was perfect. My only problem is the first horizontal compartment. It doesn't seem to fit full sized paper without the page curling a little when loaded. The solution was not to use this paper tray, but then I put down a tray that I need to organize my stuff. It took me a while to figure out how to organize everything without messing up my paperwork, but I'm very happy with it.
