Review on Gotham Silver Tone Railroad Mechanical GWC18806SB by Tyshawn Adams

Returned the first watch because it wasn't keeping the time correctly. I asked for a replacement when it arrived the first clock now showed the perfect time. I sent it back and kept the second watch which showed the correct time straight away. After 2 weeks the stem of this watch fell off, this watch was never wound and was treated very well as I was proud to have this watch and wanted it to last as long as possible. It's more for show than wear, I have a watch for daily timekeeping. After the watch broke I sent it back for a refund. The reason I gave such a low rating is because I liked the product when it worked. The problem started with the customer service department. I asked to send it back for a refund and was given a Revain shipping label. I sent and tracked the watch, according to the tracking number it was delivered to its destination. It has been 9 days and I have not received any information about my return. I know it takes time to get things done, but at least an email or text letting me know what's going on would be a normal courtesy anyone can do. So far I have been a satisfied customer for at least ten years and have never written a negative review as I have no need to. But I thought I had to write this.
