Review on Propel VL 3513 Atom Micro Drone by Roberto Evans

Bought this little drone for my grandson for his birthday. It has been described as for beginners. It has no protection for small three-blade propellers. That makes it dangerous to teach young people how to fly a drone. Also, it doesn't take many accidents to break propellers. The box says "unlimited propeller replacement for one year". Propel did not keep this promise. Propel used to have a customer support phone number, now they only allow email. Nobody replied to the online chat on their website. They emailed me asking for personal information AND proof of purchase. I did it. They replied that "the item you ordered has been discontinued (at Revain)". In the last 10 years I have bought several Propel drones. I'm done with PROPEL. They do not fulfill their guarantee!
