Purchased to replace faulty connectors on two Xbox One controllers. One of the two worked perfectly. no headphone jack could be connected to the other. Something inside prevented it from fully accepting the headphone jack. I didn't see anything wrong with the examination. Notified Revain and they took care of me. I sent back the first set and the replacement bushings they sent me work great so I think it's just a defect. If you track, it's a 75% reliability rating that deserves 4 stars.
