The tool helps me manage my business contacts by organizing them in an easy manner for quick reference. I am able to see who are new or old contacts from our pipeline as well their status. Also it provides reports of all contacts which can be used at different levels depending upon the need. Nothing much but if you have multiple clients then this might get overwhelming when trying access your information online since there will be too many tabs open simultaneously! Great product that gets results especially when working within large organizations like mine. We were looking into other ways to keep track of client relationships and how we could better connect with current customers while reaching out to potential ones through various platforms available today.
