Great deal, like new.
I had a problem with the packaging damage and didn't want my money back, I wanted a replacement. The company designed it for me and in less than a week the new one was ready. Works great, no problems at all. I bought a hard case for protection. I see it last for less than half the price of a new headset. A great purchase for a professional driver or someone concerned about safety when using their phone while driving. Thanks again for your help.
