Very good product. Very happy with the cleaner and the nozzle.
I don't know why there are so many bad reviews. I think people are waiting for a miracle. No product cleans for you, just make it easier. I thought it did a good job. Used it right after cooking for many people on my gas grill. Not sure if it was the coil pad that came with it or something else, but the grill is really nice and easy to clean. There are also some bad reviews for the included coil pad, including photos stating it doesn't last. em wash it? I used it to clean a dirty grill. After that, the spool support is completely clean and looks like new.
