I contacted them through Amazon after searching for reusable nail polish remover pads. The nail polish stuck to the pads and cured after washing. I use vegan nail polish and acetone-free nail polish remover. So that could be a factor. I've switched to using them to remove makeup with micellar water. I have to use multiple pads as it's slippery and doesn't hold makeup well. I'm using high end makeup again, that might be a factor. Makeup washes off the pads easily. I also tried using it to apply the serum to my skin, but didn't like that either because the pad is large and flexible. I had to fold it in half to have full control over the distribution of the serum. Overall the packaging and concept are great. The laundry bag is comfortable but small. So don't wait until they've all been used for laundry in one bag, as the pads are firm and difficult to clean. I wish the laundry bag was at least three times bigger.
