We needed a new cutlery set. I'm tired of having a full mixed set from every restaurant I've eaten at. A believable story. Nothing matched. Went to tjmaxx and found these forks and spoons. They're heavy, just like I wanted, and looked decent. Found the right butter knives here and ordered 3 sets to match what I've had from others. They're damn good quality. Firmly. But the finish on them dulls so easily. I'm worried that over time it will mark and ruin the finish. How to fix it? They buff and polish them to make them smooth and shiny. Will I be able to do it? Let's ask a man who has been stealing silverware from restaurants for 10 years if he would like to have his silverware burnished and polished. Yes No. Does not happen.
