This review applies to a refurbished model only. Sounds VERY good at VERY low volume. I was praised at work for a rich sound, but when you turn up the volume it sounds like there's a harsh vibration, like an old broken speaker. I used it as little as possible as it works in an open plan office where I work several days a week. I was working alone late at night so I turned it on and was surprised and disappointed at how bad it sounded! I just requested a refund. I don't expect any problems and will most likely buy the same new speaker. Not decided yet.
