I keep buying them even though they last for several months. I have a very large American Bulldog and use a car seat cover to prevent my leather seats from getting torn or damaged. The car seat works really well, the only reason I keep replacing it for months is because I leave it in the seat and the sun tends to dry it out. That would be my only complaint. But leaving anything in the sun in a hot car will likely lead to the same problem. I could take it off everyday but I don't want to because I ride my dog everyday and it saves me time just letting it jump straight.
