Just like my training gym!
This little balance board works great, I have been using it daily and notice my strength improving, I like to balance while I cook for an added challenge. The board is easier to work on carpet than on flooring. I switch between the two. I'm hoping to build up some time having the board not touching the ground. I'm happy I have it and grateful for the lower price.
- I bought it for my K9 fitness class. It is also awesome to use for my workouts. So many possible uses!
- The product is not suitable for children under a certain age limit
