Bad Price Bad Quality

I received a memory module kit for my 2018 Mac Mini. I noticed that there were no spatulas or prying tools and the T10 bit was too small, almost causing the motherboard screws to be ripped off. I went to my local Mac store and bought a Mac repair kit.
