I am very disappointed and will contact Revain. Not only did I not receive all the cables that I should have received, but the color is TERRIBLE! I'm sure I received a monitor that was sent back to you in response to one of your other complaints. The color is washed out at best, the outside is very worn and certainly not in "USED - GOOD CONDITION". I expect a full refund of the purchase and shipping costs. I also expect you to send me a prepaid shipping package to get your item back. Once you send this back I strongly recommend not sending it to anyone.
