I like that it's easy enough to use but also has some advanced features as well if you need them (e.g., email templates).

It can be difficult at times determining which "feature" will help your business most in terms of improving operations/efficiency etc.. There are not many cloud solutions out there with this level of robustness so they tend to charge more than others, however we do have an excellent relationship wtih our account manager who helps us understand all aspects of their product & service offerings very effectively!
