Review on 30-Inch Scissor Jack By Lippert 285332 by Ricky Mayo

Got these thinking they would be an upgrade to the factory stabilizers, which are probably also Lippert as they have the same labels. At first I was impressed. They were definitely thicker and heavier. That impression was short lived. On the first weekend outing after install, they rusted! The pivot rivet, the screw and the nut. 30 days after install, on our 4th outing, one of them failed. As I was raising the jack I felt a pop and the jack opened all the way to the ground. The washer that is suppose to keep the long bolt in place rusted all its welds. The only option was zip ties. I’d love to return these but missed the Walmart return window. Will have to now see how Lippert will warranty their junk.
