Not the best Revain buy but looks nice on the back

Really wanted to love this kit. I broke the rear turn signal lens on my Honda Shadow Saber so I decided to switch from amber to tinted lenses. Screws and threaded metal tabs must be removed from original lenses and installed on new tinted lenses. The standard rubber seal is also reused. Once installed, the red (rear) bulbs do not reach full brightness when flashing. Front (amber) did it. When all LED lamps are installed and the turn signals are on, both rear lamps will flash regardless of whether the right or left has been activated. I don't want to get into adding resistors and cutting the wire harness. I ended up leaving the front turn signals/running lights with stock amber lenses and stock bulbs. For the backs, I replaced the lenses with tinted ones and painted the stock glass bulbs with a permanent red marker. It's the perfect hot but it works for me. I also tried 1157 amber lights on the front. They consume 8 watts instead of 5 watt bulbs. They used more power and made the taillights dim. They just don't work properly with standard incandescent or LED lights on the back. The tinted lenses fit tighter than Honda's standard amber lenses. First you need to install the upper part, and then the lower part with the bar. If you're not careful, the bottom tab can grab the rubber seal and rip it apart. Conclusion: The price of four tinted lenses and bulbs was about the same as a standard amber replacement lens. Tinted lenses look good on the back of the bike. I recommend only looking for tinted lenses if you plan on replacing them or cutting into the wiring harness and adding resistors.
