I like how they always keep me in loop with what's going on. They are very responsive when it comes time for us to sign contracts or finalize paperwork. The only thing i dislike about them was their pricing system because sometimes you have to pay more than expected which can be frustrating at times but overall not too bad! It really helps if your looking into an investigation agency since there will likely be some communication issues between yourself and another person. We were able to get all of our documents signed quickly so we could move forward without any delays from other agencies who had higher prices.
