It doesn't really help with chopping vegetables. I also think the board is too small. Might be useful for someone who is learning to chop in the kitchen. but not practical for experienced people.
- This great since my stroke limits the use of one arm
- This board is very thin where the slot is cut inline with the lamination. It broke in half at the slot.
