Review on 🍇 Fecido Fruity Dish Towels - Set of 4, Black Grape by Karen Avance

TERRIBLE disappointed. I have bought Fecido towels before and have been very satisfied. But I bought them and they wore out the FIRST time I washed them. Terrible, terrible, terrible. UPDATED REVIEW: WOW! Just wow! I can't believe the company contacted me and apologized for the scratches and said they stand behind their products 100%! -- They offered either a refund or a free replacement. It's been four months since I received the towels so I went back and inspected them. I was pleasantly surprised to see that in fact only one towel was worn further and the other was almost the same as after the first wash. The company assured me it was the right product and they confirmed that they believed in their product. I asked for replacements (I got a green apple this time) and they arrived almost immediately! I washed them as usual and the towels are fine! I have changed my rating to four stars. I am very satisfied with these wipes and can recommend them. On top of that, during these seemingly impersonal days of online shopping, I was so pleased with the customer service, especially the fact that I didn't contact them - THEY contacted me and wanted to make it right. So, I am a happy customer here and will definitely buy from this company again!
