Sound quality 💯 I connected this device to a portable speaker system and it sounds like it's from my original review since I've had problems disappointed I wanted to know why after a while the Platter wobbled and the records played at drag speed Very upset because I ordered a replacement The replacement played fine and then the same drag and platter problem came up again! disappointing, and then the company never responded to emails. No contact, and of course everyone blames COVID for the lack of contact. So angry. This item could have been great merchandise due to the ongoing vinyl renaissance. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY. There are two models. I bought three of the first models as gifts. No problem with that. But the problem was with model 2. I bought this model because of the Tylus audio technology. To me it's a better needle and a cleaner sound. But a cheaper model is better to buy and a more reliable system. Three purchases and exchange of model 2 and the same problem occurs after 30-40 days of play
