I've used it twice so far. I only give it 4 stars because the end product was amazing. This lid is a little awkward to use when the dough is very sticky. I'm still working on refining the recipe, so can't fault the lid just yet. It gets hot and the scraper feels too flexible. Between runs of dough, I keep the scraper and lid in a tub of cold water. I can't compare it to other devices which after further research seem easier to use. Hopefully this will get easier as my dough and process is perfected. Actually 3 to 3-1/2 at the moment but felt generous after eating the incredible spaetzle at the end.
