Game. changer. I have raised chickens for the last 30 years and this is hands down the best egg timer. Period. Place it in a saucepan with eggs, cover with cold water, some salt (and if you're using freshly made nuggets from your girls or a farmer's market, be sure to add (heaps 1/4 teaspoon per egg for those who prefer measure) baking soda was easier to peel) bring to a boil and cook the eggs to desired temperature! Once you've checked what degree of doneness you prefer (a couple of eggs will be needed for this) and making sure you remove it from the heat as soon as it reaches that degree, carefully drain the boiling water and shake under cold running water until the Eggs are slightly warm to the touch. Clean up and enjoy!
