When I first tried them I left a bad review because they didn't fit my peloton which is why I bought them. I never thought of joining the shoe company or Peloton. At that point I was just really frustrated and didn't have a return window. The company contacted me and offered me a full refund, but realized right after that I had to adjust the pedals on the bike to fit the clips. I'm really happy to be able to use these shoes. They are cute and fit very well. I'm a women's size 12 and wasn't sure I could find a decent shoe. My feet are also wide and I have no problem with the pair I ordered. I appreciate a company willing to help me when I run into problems, even if my problem was user error.
