Upon opening you can tell that enough effort has been made to protect the product and the packaging is solid and secure. Installation and setup was easy and the included instructions were very helpful. Please note that you need to charge the camera and monitor immediately after unpacking before use. Please note that this baby monitor is basically plug and play and you cannot connect to the monitor via WiFi. There is no recording on this baby monitor, but there are some nice features like lullabies, feeding reminder setting, two-way talk, pan/tilt camera, temperature measurement and alarms. when the child is crying or making noises. The volume on the device leaves a lot to be desired, as it is not very loud and the picture quality on the display is not crystal clear 4k, but still shows a decent picture. Overall, a very good baby monitor for the price, simple, no frills!
