My first impression was great as it was individually wrapped and each lamp was protected in the box. I plugged one in and it was nice that I could still use the other outlet with no problem. I will use them in the hallway to make it easier and safer for guests to find them. Now I have motion sensors but I think the ones always on at night are better so you can see further down the hallway before walking down it. The amount of electricity they use is zero so I can control them without worrying it will cost me a fortune. I personally love the shape and the light it gives off and plan to buy more for my granddaughters to have a night light. I might take them with me when you travel to have a light at night to help you get around in an unfamiliar or different location. If you leave them behind that's fine as they are very cheap. If you need night lights this is the way to go, you won't be disappointed.
