Maybe it's because I'm trying to cover four small 4mm RMS with this 14mm heatsink, but it seems that he is not liable at all. The heatsink fell off after about a minute, although I rubbed rubbing alcohol on the components and let them dry. UPDATE, two weeks later. I "hot glued" the heatsinks in place and left them horizontal for a day before flipping them back to the vertical position. They held on. But I've found that the "hot melt adhesive" looks, feels, and smells very similar to the thermal tape on these heatsinks. So my guess is that they are actually the same thing, and perhaps the trick is to keep the heatsinks horizontal during installation before tilting them into their final position.
