Do you know what my main problem with manual filters is? For some reason, after a few months or years, the mesh sleeve sticks out a little from the edge of the circle. This happened with my last two sets! I decided to do some extensive research and found it here on Revain. The net stayed perfectly in the rim and I have absolutely no problems with it. The small one is ideal for squeezing lemons. The mesh is very dense, so be sure to sift thicker flour, it may take time. And I also have metal bowls and I can't hear the rattle and clank of metal on metal contact SO PLEASANT! The rubberized grips are actually very good and I didn't think it mattered until I used them. Grips well.
