Review on 🧳 Streamlined Travel Solutions: Approved Combo Luggage, Suitcases, Backpacks & Travel Accessories by April Lee

First we ordered a set of 4 travel locks. You look good. Continuous. We would buy them again, but not from this seller. Customer service was the ultimate issue. The locks came with instructions on how to reset the combination as well as a written assurance from the supplier that if we had a problem they would replace any lock free of charge. When 1 of 4 locks wouldn't open after trying to reset the combination we emailed the supplier twice to get an exchange. No Answer. So we contacted Revain and got the supplier's phone number. Leave a message (in an automated Google Voice account). Again there is no answer. Getting back to Revain who came and sent a new lock, or rather asked us to order another lock and then refunded the purchase price. A lot of hassle for me and Revain but the supplier was not responsive to our needs at all. And finally, ironically, the supplier emailed us asking for feedback on a recent lock purchase. So here it is. All in all a disappointing experience.
