It wasn't as full as I would have liked and it lost a lot in the two minutes I took it out of the box. I tried to return it and the seller "provided" a refund. However, they wanted me to refuse the package even though I had obviously already accepted it. They said to write "Return to Sender" and take it to FedEx or by mail. I tried both places and neither agreed. It costs me $43 to ship back, so I asked the seller to send me a return label. They repeatedly told me to take it to FedEx and refuse the package or else I would have to pay. If I had understood that when I bought it, I would never have bought it. Very disappointed in the wreath. Looks like he was attacked by a rabid raccoon. Very disappointed with the return policy.
